If you excel at managing a highvolume caseload, enjoy helping people through challenging moments, and thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment — this role is for you.As a key player in the prelitigation process, you’ll guide clients through treatment, coordinate with providers and insurance carriers, and help prepare cases for demand and settlement. Your work ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. • Contract to hire!, • Pay $28 - $31 per hour, • Manage a caseload of 60+ active prelitigation personal injury files, • Maintain organized, accurate, and uptodate case documentation, • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather facts, and outline next steps, • File claims and work directly with insurance carriers to verify coverage and request policy limits, • Schedule and coordinate PIP statements and applications, • Build strong working relationships with medical providers and treatment partners, • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and bills, • Review medical records, police reports, and supporting documentation, • Support clients with property damage claims, medical funding/loan needs, and lost wage documentation, • Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability, • Strong communication and client service skills, • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision, • Experience in personal injury or legal case management preferred, • A proactive, empathetic mindset — someone who genuinely enjoys helping peopleWhy You’ll Love Working Here, • Hybrid work schedule for better work-life balance, • A supportive, team-oriented environment, • Opportunities to grow within a high-energy personal injury practice
