The Property Manager will oversee the community's day-to-day operations, including leasing, renewals, scheduling, budgets, and operational goals. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, is a strong leader with an established track record, and possesses organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Maintaining the property's financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancies, and expenditures., • Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy., • Oversees resident relations, including taking resident phone calls, requests, and concerns and effectively resolving issues., • Assists in the training, direction, and support of property staff.
