Assist in inventory management and ordering of bar supplies. 9. Stay up-to-date on current beverage trends and menu offerings. 10. Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and discretion. Wine and beverage experience required Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
