Program/Department Description: The property management department acts as the managing agent for (1) buildings that Community Access (CA) owns or controls; (2) buildings for which CA has contracted to provide property management services; and (3) individual apartments in other buildings that are part of CA’s “scattered site” supportive housing programs.
