Additional minimum qualifications include board certification through the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (e.g. BCPS, BCOP). Board certification must be active and maintained. For pharmacists providing care in Investigational Drug Services, the ASHP Investigational Drug Service Certificate will be allowed. Candidates who are not Board Certified will be given 24 months to achieve certification. Requires pharmacist licensure in the state of practice and a degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
