Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a global environment? 💪 What are we looking for? 🔎 We are looking for an OTC Area Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of sales performance for medicines and food supplements within the assigned international region. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving commercial execution, managing distributors and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets across the markets under their responsibility. This role will cover the following markets: • Europe: Spain, Italy, Poland, Germany, and Portugal, • LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Paraguay The challenge! 🚀 • Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets across the assigned countries., • Manage and develop distributors, partners, and key accounts within the region., • Ensure the right pricing and promotional execution in line with company strategy., • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, proposing corrective actions when needed., • Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives., • Build a strong understanding of local market dynamics, competition, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks., • Adapt global strategies to local market realities., • Coordinate cross-functionally with Technical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams., • Ensure effective field execution through regular visits, coaching, and performance reviews., • Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts for the region., • Analyze market data and provide regular performance reports to management., • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and company ethical guidelines related to medicines and food supplements.
