At NTT DATA, we are looking for people to Own the product strategy and delivery of cross-asset Agentic/GenAI capabilities for NTT DATA's enterprise, multi-tenant SaaS assets. You'll turn ambiguous use-cases from asset teams into clear, measurable product outcomes, shape reusable frameworks/SDKs/templates, and drive execution across our offshore engineering teams in lockstep with the Chief Technical Architect and Director. What would your mission be? In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for: • Intake & prioritise: Run a structured intake with asset teams, size opportunities, define problem statements, stack-rank by impact/effort/risk., • Define the product: Author crisp PRDs, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for AI integrations and cross-asset components., • Roadmap & planning: Build and maintain a cross-asset roadmap; sequence dependencies; align capacity with offshore delivery teams., • Architecture alignment: Translate reference architectures into productized deliverables; partner with the Chief Technical Architect on key trade-offs (latency, cost, privacy, multi-tenancy)., • Delivery leadership: Keep backlogs healthy, run rituals, unblock decisions quickly, and ensure increments ship on time with quality., • Reusable platforms: Evolve shared SDKs, adapters, templates (RAG pipelines, agent workflows, eval/guardrail packs, observability hooks) and drive adoption across assets., • Measurement & evals: Define KPIs/OKRs plus LLM-specific evals (quality, safety, cost); instrument telemetry and run A/B or interleaving tests., • Compliance & risk: Ensure GDPR-aware designs, model safety controls, auditability, model risk management, and data residency requirements., • FinOps for AI: Own token/compute cost projections, set budgets/quotas, and track per-tenant economics and unit costs., • Stakeholder comms: Provide clear exec readouts, risk/decision logs, and change notes; set expectations with asset leadership., • Vendor & quota management: Coordinate with cloud/LLM providers (e.g., Azure OpenAI) on SKUs, quotas, regions, and incident response., • Enablement & GTM-within-GAU: Produce playbooks, docs, and training; partner with assets on release plans, feature flags, and rollbacks., • Experience: 7–10+ years in Product/TPM roles building platform or enterprise SaaS; 2+ years delivering LLM/GenAI features to production., • Technical depth: Comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and infra (Azure preferred, plus Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC); can read basic Python/TypeScript and reason about system diagrams., • GenAI literacy: Practical understanding of LLM providers (Azure OpenAI/Bedrock/Vertex), RAG, vector stores (e.g., PGVector/Pinecone/Azure AI Search), agent orchestration (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain), and guardrails/content safety., • Multi-tenant mindset: Experience with tenancy models, rate limiting, per-tenant observability, and cost governance., • Outcome orientation: Defines clear success metrics, runs experiments, and makes data-informed calls under uncertainty., • Program leadership: Proven delivery with offshore teams across time zones; strong backlog hygiene and dependency/risk management., • Security & privacy: Familiar with OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, KMS/Key Vault, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
