The role is ideal for someone who can build processes, create content, coordinate external partners, activate freelancers, manage campaigns, and help turn Energiot’s technology and market traction into strong brand reputation and qualified commercial opportunities. /p pWe are looking for someone with solid B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, energy, IoT, SaaS, cleantech, or industrial markets. The person should be comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment, translating technical concepts into clear messages, and using AI and automation tools to make marketing more scalable, efficient, and measurable. /p pThe main goal of this role is to strengthen Energiot’s brand in the energy sector and generate qualified leads for the sales team through a combination of account‑based marketing, inbound marketing, content, digital campaigns, events, PR, social media, and strategic communications. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDefine and execute Energiot’s marketing roadmap, aligning brand, communication, lead generation, and sales priorities. /p /li lipBuild scalable marketing processes using AI tools, automation, templates, workflows, and external partners. /p /li lipDevelop and manage Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. /p /li lipManage Energiot’s website, SEO, AI search visibility, landing pages, newsletters, lead capture flows, and conversion improvements. /p /li lipCreate and coordinate Energiot’s social media presence, PR activities, and high‑quality content. /p /li lipPlan and coordinate Energiot’s presence at industry events. /p /li lipTranslate technical product concepts into clear, compelling messages for customers, partners, investors, and other relevant audiences. /p /li lipWork closely with Sales, Product, Technical, and Management teams to align messaging with customer needs, product capabilities, and commercial priorities. /p /li lipSupport sales enablement through presentations, pitch decks, product materials, and commercial communication materials. /p /li lipConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and market opportunities. /p /li lipDefine, monitor, and improve marketing KPIs. /p /li lipManage freelancers, agencies, designers, copywriters, and other external collaborators. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul lipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field. /p /li lipMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, energy, IoT, SaaS, or cleantech. /p /li lipProven experience with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), inbound marketing, lead generation, and digital campaigns. /p /li lipStrong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant messages. /p /li lipExperience creating and managing high‑quality content, including articles, case studies, presentations, sales materials, email campaigns, and social media posts. /p /li lipGood understanding of SEO, website management, marketing analytics, CRM workflows, and campaign performance. /p /li lipExperience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity, research, content creation, and campaign execution. /p /li lipExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. /p /li lipStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and external partners. /p /li lipHands‑on, autonomous, and proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment. /p /li lipStrong analytical mindset and ability to connect marketing actions with commercial outcomes. /p /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul lipExperience marketing to utilities, grid operators, or energy companies. /p /li lipPrevious experience in smart grid, energy transition, grid monitoring, IoT, hardware‑enabled SaaS, or deep tech. /p /li lipGood eye for design, visual storytelling, brand consistency, and content quality. /p /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liFull‑time, permanent contract /li liEntrepreneurial startup culture with a high level of ownership /li liPrivate medical insurance coverage (Adeslas PYME total) /li liOffice located in Barcelona, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
