The IT Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments. This role ensures that architecture aligns with business strategy, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise standards, and technology roadmaps. The IT Architect serves as the design authority for mission‑critical platforms, enabling modernization, operational excellence, and long‑term scalability. Design and implement end to end IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and security standards: • Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to define infrastructure requirements and translate them into architectural designs (HLD/LLD)., • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure architecture standards, patterns, and guidelines across all technology domains., • Evaluate and recommend new infrastructure technologies to drive performance, resilience, and efficiency., • Define technology roadmaps, lifecycle management plans, and decommissioning strategies., • Ensure alignment with global GDELS architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks., • Collaborate with network, security, cloud, workplace, and operations teams to ensure architectural integrity and successful implementation., • Support project delivery as design authority, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices., • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, diagrams, and operational guides, • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural coaching to engineering teams., • Participate in or lead architecture review boards and design governance processes.
