This role owns execution strategy, operational excellence, and organizational alignment for complex, cross‑functional programs with material business impact. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong tenacity, and high emotional intelligence, and excels at driving execution in ambiguous environments, influencing senior stakeholders without authority, and institutionalizing world‑class software delivery practices across a large, distributed organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a portfolio of complex, multi‑year programs /liliEnsure alignment with company‑level strategic priorities and clearly demonstrate business impact /liliApply strategic thinking to balance near‑term execution demands with long‑term technical and organizational objectives /liliDirectly lead and manage multiple high‑visibility programs from concept through deployment /liliDefine program scope, facilitate build‑versus‑buy analyses, and develop comprehensive business cases, charters, and execution plans /liliTrack progress rigorously across initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely escalation of issues /liliChampion and institutionalize best‑in‑class delivery and execution practices across development teams /liliOwn and continuously improve processes, tools, metrics, and communication mechanisms /liliLeverage data, KPIs, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery /liliPartner closely with Directors, Senior Staff, and executive leadership across Engineering, Product, and Business teams /liliAlign roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, negotiate technical and delivery trade‑offs, and facilitate critical decision‑making /liliProvide concise, high‑quality reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and governance forums /liliProactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex cross‑program risks and dependencies spanning multiple teams and organizations /liliDemonstrate tenacity in driving resolution of long‑standing, ambiguous, or structurally complex challenges /liliClearly communicate impacts and proposed resolution paths to all relevant stakeholders /liliDefine, track, and communicate Program KPIs and Portfolio OKRs /liliProvide transparent reporting tied to strategic business outcomes, execution health, and value delivery /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli7–10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management within a large‑scale, enterprise software environment /liliProven ability to lead multi‑year, high‑impact programs across multiple organizational boundaries /liliDeep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and the complexities of building and operating global, highly available systems /liliStrong grounding in software development principles and the full SDLC /liliDemonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad business and technical objectives into executable program plans /liliHigh emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment at senior levels /liliPersistence, resilience, and accountability in driving outcomes across complex organizational landscapes /liliProven success implementing, scaling, and optimizing agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) at team and organizational levels /liliExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pSalary Range: €67,000 – €77,000 gross per year, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
