Synology France operates sales, marketing and technical support within France, Southern Europe, Benelux and Africa. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager - Belgium & Luxembourg to join our Sales team that holds a central role in the business strategy, offering the best-in-class customer experience and assuring the constant market growth for Synology products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be managing enterprise accounts and key organisations, acting as a front-line solution provider for customers and ambassador for the world’s leading NAS vendor. This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager Benelux, and will be based in our Paris, la Défense office. This is permanent full-time position. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow assigned resellers and system integrators in Belgium and Luxembourg, driving revenue growth and market share., • Develop new business opportunities and distribution channels, expanding Synology’s presence across key verticals and market segments., • Maintain strong relationships with partners, conducting regular on-site visits to support account development and identify recurring project opportunities., • Support product launches and manage the product lifecycle, providing training and commercial guidance to distributors and resellers to ensure they are informed, confident, and able to sell Synology solutions effectively., • Manage the complete sales pipeline and support project execution, from solution presentation, pricing negotiation, and deal follow-up to coordinating with partners, customers, and internal technical teams during development and deployment., • Analyze sales performance and market trends, identifying growth opportunities and recommending strategic actions., • Monitor competitor activities and market evolution, adapting sales strategies accordingly., • Participate in Synology events and activities across the region., • Other duties may be assigned according to the company needs. Qualifications and skills: • Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field., • At least 3+ years of experience in channel sales, key account management, or partner operations, preferably in IT, storage, networking, or infrastructure solutions., • Proven track record in managing and growing reseller and system integrator accounts, including enterprise projects, pricing, quotations, and deal follow-up., • Experience or knowledge of storage, networking, backup, or infrastructure solutions; knowledge of Synology or similar ecosystems is a strong plus., • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with partners, customers, and internal teams., • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously., • Analytical and strategic skills, capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities., • Fluency in English is a must; French or Dutch is a plus., • Ability to work on-site full-time in Paris, with regular business trips to Belgium and Luxembourg.
