The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment operations across Spain, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This role will be instrumental in improving candidate outreach, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role goes beyond coordination—it requires strategic thinking, autonomy, and strong stakeholder management to deliver high-quality talent acquisition solutions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruitment Support: • Own end to end recruitment processes: job postings across platforms (career site + LinkedIn), sourcing, candidate screening and interviews., • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends and recruitment strategies., • Communicate with candidates (confirmation, rejection, follow-up)., • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)., • Maintain other recruitment trackers and dashboards up to date. Candidate Outreach & Engagement: • Perform proactive sourcing efforts, especially in markets with lower response rates., • Draft and send outreach messages tailored to local communication styles., • Help manage LinkedIn Recruiter projects and talent pools. Multilingual Communication: • Translate job descriptions and outreach messages when needed. Reporting & Process Improvement: • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics. Prepare recruitment reports and maintain key metrics (response rates, time-to-fill, etc.) to monitor performance and flag bottlenecks., • Suggest improvements to outreach strategies and candidate experience. Collaboration & Employer Branding: • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team to regularly post open roles on our LinkedIn company page, enhancing visibility and engagement across key markets., • Help prepare materials for recruitment events or campaigns. The expertise you bring • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role, with proven ability to manage complex recruitment autonomously., • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across regions., • Fluency in English in addition to local language., • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
