For a global organization specializing in customer engagement, loyalty programs, and promotional marketing solutions, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of marketing campaigns for leading retail clients. This role will provide operational and project support throughout campaign preparation and execution, including project timelines, delivery schedules, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, client operations, logistics, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless campaign implementation and outstanding service delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Coordination • Coordinate with clients’ operations and logistics teams on delivery planning and store execution, ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders., • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, escalating key issues when necessary and proactively addressing potential operational constraints., • Liaise with clients to collect weekly campaign data and follow up on outstanding information required for reporting and analysis. Project Management • Prepare and maintain project timelines, highlighting key milestones and launch deadlines., • Coordinate campaign deliverables, including store execution materials, store visits, and market research activities., • Support campaign execution through presentations, data consolidation, reporting, market research, and ad hoc project requirements., • Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with established standards and processes., • Test digital campaign solutions and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience. Reward & Inventory Management • Support delivery planning to optimize supply chain flexibility while monitoring inventory performance against key benchmarks., • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate lead times and proactive management of operational challenges., • Identify and escalate inventory risks, recommending actions to minimize stock shortages or excess inventory., • Coordinate stock return processes and ensure efficient inventory transfers. Campaign Measurement & Reporting • Consolidate client data and prepare regular campaign performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders., • Support campaign analysis by gathering, validating, and interpreting performance data., • Identify trends, key findings, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to management., • Produce accurate, timely, and professional reports and analyses. Customer Support • Prepare standard responses to customer inquiries related to rewards, product quality, product usage, and availability., • Manage customer support communications via email and/or phone channels. Requirements Must-Haves • Degree in Engineering, or a Business School degree with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management., • Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills., • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel., • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Nice-to-Haves • Knowledge of the retail industry and retail operations., • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms., • Previous internship or professional experience in project coordination, supply chain, logistics, or customer operations is an advantage, but not required.
