Company Description Calyxia manufactures microcapsule solutions that enhance industrial product- and process performance. We serve leading customers in Agriculture, Home & Beauty, and Advanced Materials. We are a Paris-based high-tech scale-up, well-funded and in growth-mode. Based in south-eastern Paris (Limeil), we are a global, ambitious company employing some 100 people, and operating two facilities in Paris. For all our businesses, we are looking for a Customer Care Manager. You will be the primary Calyxia touchpoint for all customer inquiries, logistics issues and order handling. You will report to the Head of Advanced Materials BU, who is also responsible for Customer Services company-wide. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Limeil-Brevannes (Ile de France) for a Customer Care Manager. The Customer Care Manager will oversee the management of customer service operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and develop strategies that improve customer experiences. Key responsibilities: appropriate information to Commercial Staff, Project Managers, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Application Engineering, and any external service providers b. Address customer issues of any kind to resolution c. Manage quality claims (book claims when they arise, coordinate resolution with quality department, feedback to customers) 2 . Order Management a. Carry out order entry, reconcile with offers b. Invoice and update ERP c. Manage logistics and transportation 3 . Reporting and planning a. Forecast and track sales (monthly), in coordination with all BU BDMs (incl. KPI dashboard) b. Keep CRM current c. Participate in the industrial planning process (with operations) 4 . Organisational a. Work with the Advanced Material BU Head to structure and develop the CSM function as the business develops b. Participate in developing e-commerce Qualifications • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Care Management, and Customer Support in the chemicals or related industries, • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry (or e.g. materials science) with a Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus), • Fluency in English and French, • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency, • Communication and interpersonal skills, • Problem solving and analytical skills, • Focused, goal-oriented and flexible, • Team player and collaborator across functions and levels
