Based in Nice, at the heart of the French Riviera, Navily is currently looking for its future Business Development Representative to manage Spain and Portugal. You will join an international team of twenty motivated professionals! Job Description As Business Development Representative - Spain/Portugal, you will hold a strategic position at the core of our growth. Your mission is twofold: expand our network of partner marinas and ensure an exceptional experience for our community. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development & Account Management: You are responsible for selling our booking system to marinas. You will manage the entire partner lifecycle: from prospecting and technical onboarding to administrative and strategic follow-up., • Partner Success (B2B): As a privileged point of contact, you will support marinas daily to meet their needs and optimize their use of Navily., • Community Support (B2C): During the high season (April to October), you will interact directly with our boaters. You will guide them through the app and handle inquiries via our online support. In summary: This role is an exciting blend of Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Relations. It is a unique opportunity to manage a market from A to Z within a growing industry leader. While missions are primarily carried out from our Nice offices, you will also travel regularly to your assigned market and attend major professional boat shows. Candidate Profile Education & Experience • Degree: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, or Business Administration., • Experience: 2 to 5 years of successful experience in selling digital services (SaaS) or B2B business development. Skills & Languages • Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish. A high level in English is mandatory and Portuguese would be an additional asset., • Tech-savvy: Excellent command of collaborative tools (G Suite, MS Office) and a strong ability to quickly learn new software (CRM, support tools). Personal Qualities • Communication: Natural interpersonal skills, both over the phone (cold calling/prospecting) and in writing., • Autonomy & Organization: Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously, you are rigorous and know how to prioritize effectively., • Team Spirit: You enjoy collaborative work and the agility of a fast-growing environment., • The "Plus": A knowledge of, or passion for, the boating and yachting industry is a major advantage.
