Property Agent required to acquire Residential Property Management contracts and Residential Lease Option Agreements. You will be required to procure these agreements, no property management is involved.

Must have experience and be comfortable generating leads and property procurement.

Must be skilled at analyzing properties and potential opportunities.

Must be able to negotiate with landlords.
