Big Mamma is an Italian group founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger.
Our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of traditional Italian trattorias abroad.
All produce is directly sourced from small Italian producers, and dishes are 100% homemade, served at affordable prices, beautifully designed spaces, and with a big smile. Our strength lies in four values: meritocracy, authenticity, excellence, and entrepreneurship. They accompany us every day in our ultra-dynamic growth.
Every day, more than 10,000 customers visit 26 unique Big Mamma restaurants throughout Europe (France, Principality of Monaco, Spain, UK, Germany and Italy) and soon on the Moon!
We are a team of almost 2,200 employees, still growing, with new openings across Europe.
Carlotta Restaurant is a suave homage to Italian tradition from around the globe. Our Marylebone restaurant has 150 seats across two floors and has all the vibes of a classic American/Italian-style private members club. The menu has all the classics with some twists and a Wedding Cake for dessert.
