Customer Service Administrator

Full Time Customer Assistant Required for Dynamic Office currently located in Hackney, Kingsland Road E2.

Applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be perfect in computer skills and be a team player.

You should have a proven track record in Apple computer software and hardware repair and be keen to further your IT career

You will be required to deliver excellent customer service for Apple repair customers, sometimes face to face, sometimes by phone and emails.

Duties To Include:

- Receiving and making telephone calls & dealing with enquiries.

- Booking appointments and managing the diary.

- Client correspondence

- Processing emails

- Assisting the office managers

- Must have good communication skills

- Assist customers in understanding how best we can help them with their issue

- Check deliveries, track and record stock for the store and work closely with admin team to confirm orders

- Opening and closing the shop when requested.
