• Delivering a high level of customer service and response customer inquiries on time.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

• Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently.

• Plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.

• Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records, keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.

• Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments.

• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.

• Discusses customer responses with team leader with a view to improving the product or service provided.
