We are looking for a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly. The Role | Kitchen Porter As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play an important role in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Your responsibilities will include: • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly, • Washing and cleaning cookware, equipment, and utensils used by the chefs, • Cleaning bowls, tongs, dressing bottles, and other equipment used during service, • Ensuring the kitchen team has a consistent supply of clean and dry equipment, • Assisting with daily cleaning and short deep-cleaning tasks, • Supporting the kitchen team with other tasks when required, • Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager Shift Pattern Monday–Thursday | 12PM–9PM / 11AM-10PM What We’re Looking For | Efficiency, Reliability & Strong Work Ethic • A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in, • Reliable and punctual attendance, • Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods, • Adaptability and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks, including basic food preparation when required, • A positive attitude and respectful approach towards Team Members and Managers, • Ability to work well as part of a team Experience Requirements | Previous Experience Preferred Previous experience in a kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality role is preferred but not essential. What matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
