The Role: As our General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of Hot n Juicy Shrimp LDN. This is a hands-on position that requires a versatile individual capable of overseeing all aspects of our establishment, from administrative duties to working the floor. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving standards across the board, ensuring that both the kitchen and front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. - Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and P&L analysis. - Providing hands-on support to staff during busy periods, leading by example to uphold our high service standards. - Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff. - Conducting training sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of our team members. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency. - Monitoring customer feedback and making improvements based on suggestions and reviews. Requirements: - Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on approach with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. - Knowledge of P&L management and basic accounting principles. - Familiarity with health and safety regulations. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
