If you have a passion for people, we would love you to join the team! Brand ambassador role We speak directly to potential customers about amazing products and services that we are passionate about. This can be through events, in their businesses or directly in their homes. We don't judge you based on your experience, every Brand Ambassador will have the opportunity to learn many skills including: communication, customer service, presentation skills, sales skills, time-management, organisation, product knowledge, and teamwork. Progression Opportunity As well as investing heavily into Brand Ambassadors, one of our missions is to expand so we are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial thinkers with our no seniority development we want to heavily invest and coach the next generation to help with our expansion Stage 1: We will provide you product coaching and full mentoring to enable you to learn the first steps into becoming a Brand Ambassador. This coaching tends to last around 6 days. Stage 2: You will become more independent as you become more confident with the basic sales skills you will then learn some more advanced techniques such as selling to different customers, working to a system, problem solving etc. Stage 3: For those looking to progress you will now start receiving extra coaching and responsibilities, transforming into a mentor and helping support new BA's who join the team. Stage 4: This is the opportunity to start overseeing the team- everything from setting goals & coaching through to social events. You will become more influential in a leadership capacity. Stage 5: You will learn the back end of how a business runs, this included administration, finance, operations and processes. You will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the business and learning all the necessary skills to go on and run a profitable company. Stage 6: You will put into practice all of the skills you have learnt along the journey to maximize your potential and become a profitable business owner.
