Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for one of our key clients, a leading engineering & distribution business who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their UK head office team in Chesterfield on a full-time, permanent basis. This role sits within a global organisation with a strong footprint across Europe. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted HR advisor, influencing decisions and driving people-focused solutions, • Shape performance management, talent development and succession planning to build future capability, • Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives that genuinely enhance the employee experience, • Deliver meaningful HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning, • Drive the delivery of key HR initiatives, projects and policies, while supporting GDPR, payroll and H&S priorities, • Lead on complex employee relations matters, providing clear, confident and pragmatic guidance, • Building relationships with key stakeholders across multi-site which may include some travel (approx twice per month) What we are looking for: • CIPD Qualified or working towards this, • Experience in HR data analysis and management information reporting, • Minimum of 3 years UK HR experience, • Confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels If this sounds like the role for you then please apply now!
