    About the Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our pub kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and helping deliver an excellent dining experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a high standard. Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control in all dishes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times. Assist with menu development and seasonal specials. Monitor stock levels and help with ordering and inventory management. Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs. Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods. Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff where required. Requirements Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role in a pub, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Understanding of food hygiene and HACCP principles. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Location: Epsom and surrounding areas Key Responsibilities • Carry out general maintenance and repair work across multiple sites., • Complete routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems., • Perform basic repairs including painting, decorating, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance., • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs., • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with health and safety requirements., • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any concerns to management., • Liaise professionally with colleagues, contractors, and service users when required., • Assist with property improvements, refurbishments, and preventative maintenance programmes.
