Job title: HR Business Partner Location: Lancashire & the Northwest region Salary: £40k - £45k This is a hybrid, flexible working role with travel required, workload and client base dependent. I am working with a fantastic organisation who is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner to join their team from a consultative perspective. More about the role: What We're Looking For: Fluent understanding of TUPE with proven experience managing union consultations confidently. Strong project management skills and comprehensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle. Solid grasp of employment law with the ability to apply it effectively in practical settings. Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to constructively challenge when needed. CIPD Level 7 qualified or currently working towards the qualification. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and time management. What the Role Involves: Conducting detailed HR audits and identifying opportunities for improvement. Providing strategic HR support that delivers measurable value to clients. Offering expert guidance, mentoring, and support across a range of HR matters. Representing AfterAthena at client events and meetings. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strategic thinker with a strong commercial perspective. Exceptional relationship-builder with a professional and approachable manner. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
