Integration Product Manager Responsible to: Head of Product Location: Any Air IT location / Home-based Contract Type: Full-time Job Purpose The Integration Product Manager will lead and deliver strategic projects to consolidate Air IT’s partner landscape. While a primary focus may include projects such as our indirect partner consolidation, this role is responsible for managing a variety of initiatives, working closely with all departments to ensure successful delivery, integration with business systems (including billing, CRM, and operational processes), and achievement of business objectives. The Product Manager will also be responsible for running a range of End of Life (EOL) programmes such as unmanaged AV to managed EDR migration, local server switch-off, Server 2016 migration to Azure, and supplier product consolidation ensuring technical and commercial alignment with vendors to maximise efficiency and ROI. The role may also manage projects arising from the Change Advisory Board (CAB) or other business needs, with the scope of projects expected to evolve over time. In addition, the Integration Product Manager will play a key role in influencing the product roadmap, identifying and driving the changes required to enable effective product lifecycle across the organisation Duties and Responsibilities: • Own, plan, and deliver consolidation projects, ensuring milestones are met and the project is completed on time and within scope, • Coordinate and collaborate with all business departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes, • Lead and manage EOL programmes, including migrations (e.g., unmanaged Antivirus to managed EDR, Server 2016 to Azure), supplier product rationalisation, and related technical transitions, • Work with vendors and suppliers to align commercial and technical solutions, driving efficiency and ensuring solutions are ROI-based, • Develop and maintain product documentation, reporting, and communication for stakeholders at all levels, • Identify, analyse, and resolve product project risks and issues, proactively problem-solving to keep initiatives on track, • Support the design and implementation of new processes and systems as required by the consolidation and EOL programmes, • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes, • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and product management practices within Air IT, • Support additional projects as assigned by the Head of Product, including those arising from CAB, • Play a key role in influencing the product roadmap, identifying and driving changes needed for effective product life cycling, and, as the role develops, take on product management responsibilities for new products and initiatives Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience • Minimum 2+ year of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within IT, managed services, or technology sectors working with comparable products and solutions, • Proven experience running migration or EOL programmes and delivering cross-business projects involving multiple stakeholders, • Strong understanding of business systems (billing, CRM, operational processes) and experience integrating these into project delivery, • Experience working with vendors and suppliers in the IT sector, with knowledge of commercial and technical solution alignment, • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Partner Centre, Azure, EDR/cyber solutions, and cloud/server migration projects, • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, • Analytical ability to interpret project and product performance data, • Experience managing project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Desirable Skills • Experience working in managed services, professional services, or similar technology environments, • Knowledge of supplier and vendor management, particularly within security, cloud, or infrastructure solutions, • Familiarity with CAB processes and best practices in change management, • Skilled in using project management tools to monitor and trackwork Why Join Us? • Be part of a knowledgeable, forward-thinking data team within a data-first business, • Work on impactful projects for a range of internal and external stakeholders, • Drive innovation in a collaborative and empowering environments, • Continuous learning and development opportunities, • Supportive culture with the freedom to explore new ideas Note: This description is not intended to establish a total definition of the job, but ancoutline of the duties.
