This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer to work within a modern and technically challenging environment, delivering first-class building maintenance across a vibrant mixed-use estate occupied by a diverse range of commercial tenants. • Continental Shift Pattern - Days & Nights (7 on, 7 off rotation), • Lead, motivate and support the on-site shift engineering team., • Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently using the site's CAFM system., • Carry out hands-on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance when required., • Diagnose and rectify faults on plant and equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity., • Monitor the quality of maintenance activities, documentation and housekeeping standards across the site., • Manage spare parts and ensure critical stock levels are maintained., • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and job documentation., • Prepare, review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe systems of work., • Support the delivery of a safe, compliant and high-performing building environment., • Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)., • Previous experience working in a critical environment such as commercial offices, banking, data centres, healthcare or other high-profile facilities., • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building services., • Experience with critical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers and power distribution., • Previous experience leading an engineering shift team within a critical or large commercial environment., • Excellent fault-finding, communication and problem-solving skills., • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional engineering standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
