We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for motivated Student Advisors to work on a self-employed / freelance, commission-only basis. This is a fully remote role, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and passionate about helping people access higher education opportunities in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Promote university and college programmes to prospective students Speak with potential applicants and assess basic eligibility Support students through the application process Collect and submit required documents Maintain communication with students until enrolment What We Offer: Commission-only earnings Typical commission range: £300 – £1,000 per enrolled student (depending on course and intake) Fully remote working – work from anywhere Flexible schedule Full training and ongoing support Marketing materials and guidance provided Requirements: Good communication skills (English required) Confidence using WhatsApp, phone, and social media Organised and reliable Experience in education recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential Important: This is a self-employed / freelance, commission-based role.
