You'll lead from the front in promoting Neilson's relax, restore & revive philosophy. E‑Commerce Platform & Integrations • Work with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or custom stacks., • Integrate third‑party tools: CRM, ERP, fulfilment, reviews, analytics, and marketing automation., • Support A/B testing, personalisation engines, and recommendation algorithms., • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth customer journeys 5. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience • Strong full-stack development experience (React Native/Flutter + Node.js/Django/etc.), • Experience with databases and REST/GraphQL APIs, • Knowledge of payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal), • Natural problem‑solver with a customer‑mindset and commercial awareness., • Experience with booking/reservation systems, • Desirable to have familiarity with real-time updates, geolocation and notifications., • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and their ecosystems., • Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with creative teams., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including board level., • Strong relationship builder, able to negotiate and influence global suppliers and partners.
