We are seeking an inspiring Careers and Schools Liaison Manager to lead the delivery of our Careers Strategy and strengthen our relationships with schools, employers and the wider community. In this key role, you will oversee a high-quality careers service across the Group, ensuring our Careers Programme meets statutory requirements and aligns with the Gatsby Benchmarks. You will drive innovative employability activity, manage impactful school liaison initiatives, and lead a dedicated team committed to supporting learners as they progress into further education, training or employment.
