We are now seeking an experienced Creative Account Manager to help grow our Weddings & Luxury Events division. This is a role for someone who is obsessed with event design and excited by growth. Someone who lives and breathes weddings, follows trends, studies detail, and is constantly thinking about what’s next in luxury design. You will take client briefs and transform them into extraordinary concepts, designing weddings, parties and corporate events that push boundaries while remaining refined and elegant. This is both a creative and commercial role. You will be responsible for converting enquiries, building long-term client relationships and working to clear sales targets. You should be ambitious, driven and motivated by success, with a genuine desire to grow a high-end portfolio. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team – understanding vision, shaping ideas and translating them into beautifully crafted event designs. From first enquiry to final delivery, you will guide clients through their journey, ensuring they feel inspired, supported and confident at every step. You must be highly organised, commercially aware and naturally proactive. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, is a true team player, and loves collaboration. You will work closely with the Managing Director and creative team to develop and refine concepts and help shape the future of House of Verve. Key Responsibilities • Take and shape client briefs across weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, • Design creative concepts that reflect House of Verve’s luxury aesthetic, • Create moodboards, visual direction and styling concepts, • Present ideas to clients with confidence and clarity, • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, • Manage client relationships from enquiry to delivery, • Work to agreed sales targets and revenue goals, • Balance creativity with budgets, logistics and feasibility, • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery, • Represent House of Verve at meetings, site visits and events You Will Be: • Deeply passionate about weddings and luxury event design, • Experienced within the events or wedding industry, • Highly organised and confident managing multiple projects, • Commercially minded and motivated by targets, • Creative, curious and excited by pushing boundaries, • A natural relationship builder, • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, • Ambitious and eager to grow with a luxury brand Role Details • Full time: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, • Based in Denton, Manchester, • Reports to: Managing Director, • Evening and weekend work required on occasion for events, meetings and site visits Package & Benefits • Salary from £27,000 + un-capped commission, • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Your birthday off, every year, • Opportunity to attend industry networking events and shows, • Be part of a growing luxury brand with real creative influence This is not a traditional sales role.
