You will lead and inspire your team to deliver trauma-informed, child-centred care, while ensuring the home operates in line with its Statement of Purpose and all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the residential home in line with relevant legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children and young people at all times Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care that promotes positive outcomes Develop and implement service improvement and development plans Lead, supervise, and develop staff to maintain high performance and standards Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and commissioning authorities Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for young people Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support when required About You Proven experience in a senior role within a childrens residential setting Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams Sound knowledge of safeguarding and childrens home regulations Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage compliance, audits, and inspections effectively Qualifications Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young Peoples Services (or working towards) Demonstrable experience within a childrens residential home environment Working Pattern Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Participation in on-call rota (1 in 9) Occasional overnight cover as required Apply Now If you are a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation, we would love to hear from you.
