We're looking for a Head of Asset Management to drive performance across our residential portfolio. You'll be responsible for maximising returns while ensuring our residents have a great living experience. This role sits at the center of everything we do - connecting investment strategy, development, operations, and investor relations. Strategic Asset Management • Develop and execute asset management plans that optimise NOI, capital value, and total returns across the portfolio, • Oversee the handover from development to operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets our standards, • Keep tabs on market trends and competitive activity to spot opportunities and risks, • Lead value-add projects like refurbishments and amenity upgrades that boost performance and resident satisfaction Financial Performance • Track asset performance against budgets and investment targets, reporting on what's working and what isn't, • Drive revenue growth through smart pricing strategies, new income streams, and occupancy optimisation, • Keep operating costs in check while maintaining quality service, • Present quarterly performance updates to senior leadership and investors Stakeholder Management • Work closely with investors, property managers, and internal teams to align everyone around common goals, • Partner with development teams to ensure new projects are built for long-term operational success, • Support acquisitions by providing underwriting expertise and market insights Operations • Oversee property management teams to ensure they deliver on service promises and brand standards, • Focus on resident experience - high satisfaction scores, strong retention, and positive reputation What We're Looking For • 7+ years in asset management with solid experience in BTR, student housing, or multifamily, • Proven track record of growing NOI and creating asset value, • Deep understanding of property operations, leasing, and customer service in rental housing, • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, • Leadership experience managing teams and external partners Nice to Have: • Experience across the full asset lifecycle - from development through to repositioning, • Knowledge of UK housing regulations and building safety requirements How We'll Measure Success • NOI growth and budget performance, • Occupancy and collection rates, • Resident satisfaction scores, • Operating expense efficiency, • On-time, on-budget project delivery, • Quality of investor reporting
