An opportunity to join a high-performing audio design team developing next-generation consumer audio ICs. This role focuses on high-performance ADC/DAC design, driving innovation in audio architectures for cutting-edge, high-volume products. You will take a leading technical role, influencing architecture, design, and validation, while collaborating with global teams and mentoring engineers. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture definition and system-level design of high-performance mixed-signal ICs, • Own block-level and transistor-level design, including full simulation and verification, • Drive integration of analog and digital subsystems into complex SoCs, • Present designs and results to internal stakeholders and Tier-1 customers, • Support layout, silicon validation, testing, and product qualification, • MSc or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, • 10+ years’ experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, • Strong expertise in delta-sigma ADC/DAC design (end-to-end development) Deep understanding of delta-sigma fundamentals and non-idealities (noise shaping, jitter, distortion, stability, etc.), • Experience with audio amplifiers (Class-D), power conversion (buck/boost), and precision analog blocks (bandgap, LDOs, bias), • Proven track record of first-pass silicon success in high-volume production, • Strong experience with Cadence/Spectre and system-level modelling (MATLAB, Simulink, Python or similar), • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams, • Track record of achieving ~120dB SNR and best-in-class THD+N, • Background in consumer or professional audio IC design, • Experience with Class-D amplifier design, • Understanding of digital audio and DSP concepts (filtering, interpolation/decimation, modulation), • Passion for audio technology
