Time Appointments have been instructed to recruit for a Branch Manager to join a forward-thinking business based in Felixstowe. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the office, driving profitability and growth. \n \n Key Duties: \n\n • Accountable for the overall operational and financial success of the branch, ensuring business objectives are achieved.\n, • Identify and implement opportunities for local market growth, revenue generation, and business expansion.\n, • Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships to support long-term business partnerships.\n, • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and development strategies to maximise account value and satisfaction.\n, • Oversee the delivery of services across the branch, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.\n, • Lead, motivate, and develop team members, creating a positive culture focused on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n, • Ensure adherence to company procedures, industry standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.\n, • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.\n, • Collaborate with finance teams to monitor outstanding balances, improve cash flow, and minimise financial risk.\n\n \n Previous Skills & Experience: \n\n • Leadership experience is essential; you must be comfortable managing teams and performance.\n, • Previous experience from Ocean Freight Forwarding would be beneficial.\n, • Strong understanding of FCL and LCL operations.\n\n \n Benefits: \n\n • Competitive Salary\n, • Pension Scheme\n, • Onsite parking\n\n
