Our Benefits 0About the role Due to retirement of our long serving Finance/HR Manager, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. The successful candidate will: • Ensure there is accurate day to day financial transactions, working closely with the Headteacher, • Preparing and monitoring the school budget, • Update payroll and personnel records, • Maintain appropriate Pre-School finances, • a caring, welcoming ethos, • a committed and supportive team of staff, leaders, SENCO and governors, • enthusiastic, polite and motivated children, • a well-maintained and well-resourced school, • a robust induction programme and continuous professional development opportunities You will need to have: • excellent spoken and written communication skills, • GCSE grade C or equivalent (grade 5) in Maths and English, • Good IT skills and experience of working within education finance, • a positive outlook and a sense of humour You are strongly encouraged to come and have a look round.
