About the RoleAs a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the single point of contact for customers experiencing operational issues. You’ll manage their journey end-to-end, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset.You’ll work across multiple contact channels and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, always putting people at the heart of everything.
