Customer Success Administrator £25,000 - £30,000 Leicester, Hybrid Permanent We are currently recruiting for an Customer Success Administrator to join a well-established tech business in Leicester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and finance administration. You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are in place, queries are handled efficiently, and new clients are seamlessly onboarded. This is a varied position where you will liaise across Accounts, Sales, and Marketing, providing essential support to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily administrative support to Accounts, Sales, and Central Marketing teams, • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate information, • Perform regular audits and data entry to ensure data integrity, • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims, • Support Marketing with administrative tasks, • Handle overflow support calls, logging outcomes on CRM, • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners to coordinate information requests and meetings, • Support Sales by chasing contracts, agreements, and onboarding paperwork, • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties The candidate: • Proven administrative experience (ideally within accounts, sales, or marketing), • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, • Proactive, with the ability to think outside the box, • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Highly organised, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, • Customer-focused, confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders In return: • Competitive salary and generous benefits package, • Income Protection & Life Insurance, • Enhanced pension scheme, • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, • Sick pay scheme, • Flexible benefits package, • Hybrid working considered Interested?
