As a leader in delivering exceptional value and elevated standards, we're seeking a visionary Head of Operations to lead our General Managers, champion consistency and excellence, and drive our portfolio toward sustainable growth and lasting success. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Group Operations Officer and is pivotal in steering the operational heartbeat of our portfolio. You'll oversee our hotel General Managers, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals while embedding our purpose and values into every aspect of operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead People & Culture: Inspire and empower General Managers to build high-performing, engaged teams that deliver on our fresh approach to hospitality. Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while driving talent development through strategic recruitment, succession planning, and ILH programmes that create meaningful career opportunities and elevate team competence. Elevate Guest Experiences: Ensure every property delivers authentic, London-centric stays that surprise and delight, reflecting our commitment to memorable experiences within everyone’s reach. Uphold and advance service quality, operational standards, and brand consistency using guest feedback and data insights to drive innovative enhancements. Drive Financial Performance: Own the portfolio's financial trajectory in partnership with Finance and Revenue teams, delivering balanced growth aligned with our strategic ambitions. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation to support expansion and efficiency, while identifying revenue opportunities through value-driven initiatives and guiding capital investments for long-term adaptability. Champion Operational Excellence & Compliance: Oversee General Managers to deliver seamless execution of standards, compliance with UK regulations, and a secure, inclusive environment across sites. Promote data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to navigate challenges with agility, always guided by our values.
