Registered Manager Location: Rotherham, S65 Salary: £36k per year (including 10% KPI bonus) Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity to join our established team as a Registered Manager at Beech Cliffe in Rotherham. Beech Cliffe is located on the outskirts of Rotherham, directly opposite Clifton Park. The home benefits from a range of local facilities and reliable public transport links, providing good access to the wider community. The service provides support for younger adults aged 18 and over who have a learning disability. The focus is on promoting independence, developing daily living skills, and encouraging positive engagement within the community. Support plans are person centred and developed in partnership with the individual, their families, and involved professionals. The Role Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Registered Manager will take overall responsibility for the leadership, performance, and quality of the service.
