APA Lead – Children and Young People Location: PAN Hampshire (multiple locations, excluding Southampton - training in Portsmouth) Salary: £27,482 – £28,552 per annum Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week On-call rota: Required Enhanced DBS: Required We are seeking an experienced and skilled APA (Adolescent-Parent Abuse) Lead to work with children and young people displaying unhealthy or abusive behaviours towards parents or carers. This is a specialist, trauma-informed role focused on preventing harm, reducing risk and breaking cycles of domestic abuse through targeted interventions and group work.
