She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs. Nurses will play a key role in delivering structured, person-centred care and supporting her independence. You'll provide holistic nursing care including: Complex medication management (subcutaneous and jejunal routes) Bowel care and pain management Respiratory support and safe mobility Calm, consistent communication and routine-based care Supporting daily living tasks such as light household duties andfeeding her cats You'll be supported by clear protocols and a Nurse-led team to ensure you feel confident and equipped in your role.
