Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick, effective decisions. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team. Knowledge of Opera property management systems.
