Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present authentic curry dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Use a variety of traditional spices, herbs, and cooking techniques to prepare classic Bangladeshi and Indian dishes.
Manage preparation of chicken, lamb, and vegetarian options.
Assist in planning and updating the menu with new curry dishes in line with customer preferences.
Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor food stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food waste.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service during busy hours.
