    CHEF - Titsey Taproom Thursday to Sunday shifts | Tatsfield, TN16 Start date: July We are looking for a chef to join our small but mighty team at the Titsey Taproom. We offer regular hours, a good rate of pay & generous share of tips, a fun, rewarding working environment, and lots of room for progression! • Food preparation and cooking (grilling, frying, plating), • Attention to detail with food preparation to maintain consistency and quality, • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards, • Collaborating with the front of house team, • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, • Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations, • Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a very busy environment • Your own transport (we're in a beautiful but remote spot in the Surrey Hills) Please do get in touch if you are interested or would like more information.     We are looking for a long-term colleague and should be minimum 2 years experience 5 day a week/min working hours; weekday 3pm-11pm weekend 12am-11pm If there are many bookings during the week, we can offer extra days of work with extra pay. We require candidates to have knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food handling. They must also be able to work well in a team and follow instructions. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils is essential, as is understanding food sanitation regulations.
