Level 3 Nursery Assistant • Location: Guildford, commutable from Sutton, Woking, Surrey, • Start date: 13/04/2026, • Start time: 8:30am arrival Tradewind is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing individual to join the Nursery at an Infants and Juniors School in Guildford, with a vibrant and welcoming team. If you're a passionate Educator with a committment to supporting children age 0 - 3 years in such a key part of their development, as they learn and grow more than ever, we would love to hear from you. This role is best suited to a Nursery Practitioner who has completed a Level 3 qualification in childcare for the summer term only. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. What we are looking for • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare or teaching and learning, • Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development, • Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, • Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries, • Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities, • Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents Tradewind Recruitment is a Sunday Times Top 100 employer, committed to safeguarding, professional development, and exceptional service.
