Knowledge of accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-aware cooking. Skills in maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimising waste. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours. Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Strong interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff. Understanding of how to meet guests expectations and enhance their experience in the lounge.
