The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy Sales & Logistics team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your coordination skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing the day-to-day coordination of outbound shipments and customer collections, • Liaising with third-party transport providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and couriers, handling queries and resolving issues professionally, • Raising purchase orders and preparing all relevant shipment documentation, • Tracking outstanding collections and returns, ensuring they are followed through to completion, • Maintaining accurate records and communicating any updates, changes, or additional charges About You • Strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills, • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Office 365 is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided What We Offer • Full-time, permanent position, • Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week), • A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills, • Commitment to equal opportunities and an inclusive workplace
