A successful food manufacturing company is seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a 4 on 4 off rotating Days & Nights shift pattern. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a profitable, stable, and growing business that continues to invest in its people, site, and brand. As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work alongside two other Engineers on shift to ensure safety compliance, effective workload prioritisation, and consistently high production standards. You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving processes, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. The company is open to individuals who show strong potential and have transferable skills from other electrical roles. Some of the company’s most successful recent recruits have come from backgrounds such as domestic / commercial electrics or material processing sites.
