You’ll work closely with Field Operations and Client Services teams, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness. What you’ll be doing: • Plan and schedule site visits in collaboration with Operations and Client Services, • Prioritise and allocate urgent jobs to meet deadlines, • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow, • Manage diaries, workloads, and travel for Advisors and Surveyors, • Maintain clear communication across the operations team, • Deliver projects and tasks to a high standard and on time, • Meet performance targets and deadlines, • Provide flexible support across the team as needed About you: • Experience managing a nationwide fleet of vehicles and field based operatives, • Strong organisational and time-management skills., • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities., • An analytical mindset., • Experience in Health & safety industry (desirable) About us: 4site Consulting is a specialist Health & Safety consultancy supporting Commercial and Residential Property Management across the UK.
